    "content": "(1) If a member of the Board is directly or indirectly Interest. interested in any matter before the Council or the county e-waste committee and is present at the respective meeting at which the matter is the subject of consideration, that member shall, at the meeting and as soon as reasonably practicable after the commencement thereof, disclose the member’s interest in the matter and shall not take part in the deliberations relating to the matter, or vote on, the matter."
