Members, before we move on to Order Nos.8, 9 and 10, information has been given to the Chair to the effect that Order No.10, which pertains to the Mutual Legal Assistance Bill (Bill No.5 of 2009), which was committed to the Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs, had not yet matured for debate this afternoon, because the Committee has not yet finalised its Report. So, it will not be possible for the House to proceed with this business. In those circumstances, therefore, Order Nos.9 and 10 are deferred until after the Budget Estimates are dealt with."
