"content": "Finally, Hon. Temporary Speaker, allow me to mention the issue of Adani. Of course, our President is a listening one. Many wondered why we cheered on when he said the procurement process had to be cancelled. This is because we have all raised our voices individually on this issue. Silently, the President heard us and made his proclamation on it. I want to add that, many times, we look at other countries that are doing well and forget about our own country. Rwanda is doing a PPP on the international airport. It owns 40 per cent of that transaction, and 60 per cent is by Qatar Airways. Is Rwanda going to lose its airport? The answer is no. Is Rwanda going to progress? The answer is yes, as they will get funding from private sources and grow their country."
