    "content": "I want to appreciate the focus on agriculture. The sugar industry has been dormant for many years. I come from Kericho County where sugarcane is grown on a large scale in the lower strip of Kenya in Soin. The factories were mismanaged, and farmers faced many issues with them. I am delighted that farmers will now have money in their pockets. Seventeen factories have been revived, and four are ongoing. I am only concerned that some employees have not been paid their dues. I am asking the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock to ensure these employees are paid."
