    "content": "I acknowledge that he said that he will work speedily to ensure that the two-thirds gender rule is implemented during his tenure. I will contribute on the two-thirds gender rule on behalf of the 47 Women Representatives of this nation. We have a hard working Principal Secretary for the State Department for Gender and Affirmative Action. Because the President has chosen the path of listening, in the event that he reshuffles his Cabinet, Madam Principal Secretary Anne should remain in her position. I am disappointed that the Ministry of Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action is the only Ministry without a Cabinet Secretary. I know that the President is listening and very soon, a woman Cabinet Secretary will be nominated. That is the only Ministry being run by a Principal Secretary and a Cabinet Secretary. We need action on that."
