    "content": "I say that with tremendous respect to my former teacher, Hon. Boss. Hon. Speaker, it is also a societal challenge. The communal way of correcting mistakes in young men and young women while they grew up is no longer applicable. People have now left parenting to churches, teachers and the social media. It is a big problem that calls for a campaign to rectify. The Statement is timely. Within the 16 days, we need to tell people that parenting is personal. Talk to your kids and make them understand that they need to grow to be upright persons in the society. Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker."
