I wish to state that the answer does not address the issues that I have raised here. First, there is no land in Kenya that can be subdivided without the consent of the Commissioner of Lands. At the same time, there should be approved maps by the Ministry of Lands. Is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government aware that the Ngariama/Lower Ngariama/431 does not exist?
