In fact, there is no such land registered as LR.No.13963. Could the Minister tell us who the parties to the court order that he is referring to are? This is because this is a ranching company with thousands of members. One or two members going to court to undermine the rights of several thousands of members is an abuse of the process. Could he tell us who the parties to this land case he is referring to are that gave rights to consent order?"
