    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. From the outset, I appreciate you for giving me this opportunity to contribute. There is nothing as important as transparency in governance. The Public Finance Management (Amendment) Bill seeks to do exactly that by strengthening the Public Finance Management framework. Most of the issues addressed in this Bill, such as compliance, accounting, and governance, work towards strengthening governance by ensuring that every detail and work done is well-managed. Since it is time for the Mover to reply, I support this Bill."
