I really hope that this honourable House will consider it to make sure that we protect local contractors, grow our economy, build our capacity and ensure technology transfer. There is no reason why things like excise stamps used by KRA on bottles are supplied by a multinational. The service comes to us but all the revenue goes back to that particular country.
