    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I ask the last question, I want to appreciate your concerns and sentiments. I want to confirm here that this Question came on 12th October, 2011 and I thanked the Assistant Minister for wiring the money because it was done in only two days. However, I am confirming now that 16 days down the line, my concern is that the teachers are yet to receive the money. I will really appreciate if he confirms that this payment actually reached the teachers. We are talking about teachers who have not received these honoraria for one-and-a-half years. It is a very serious and genuine concern."
