    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I will use one minute. I rise to reject this amendment. When this particular amendment was brought to our committee, we engaged stakeholders including the acting CEO of the Unclaimed Assets Authority. To our surprise, they were not even aware how this amendment was brought to the Parliament. Up to now we are yet to know the reason and justification for someone who has been identified through all those processes to benefit from unclaimed assets to transfer again to another person. We never got the justification. I reject this particular amendment. We rejected it as a Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning."
