Despite the provisions of section 2 of this Act, a person transitional serving as a chairperson of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption provisions. Commission on the date this Act comes into force shall continue to serve in that position for their unexpired term of office. Basically, this is just rewording clause 3 as it is in the Bill."
