A unit is required that will keep that information which is over and above what you normally have for other patients. We agreed we do it in the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council. However, we need your guidance on how we will do it. If we delete this Clause, where will we bring in the issue of the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council to do the job which we have all agreed should be done?"
