    "content": "The second Message from the Senate is on the passage of the National Construction Authority (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.59 of 2022), and the Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill, (National Assembly Bill No.45 of 2022). Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 41(1), I wish to report to the House that I received two Messages from the Senate regarding the passage of two National Assembly Bills.
