    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am moving this on behalf of the House Business Committee. Yesterday, we resolved that the Coffee Bill listed as Order No.13, Committee of the whole House, be concluded. As you mentioned, this Bill was on the Floor the whole of last week, from Tuesday all the way to Thursday. We only managed to go up to Clause 11. Last week, the Chairperson of the Committee was here to transact business, but we could not get the numbers. Hon. Speaker, I agree with you that Members from the coffee-growing areas should be present during this business. You will give me latitude tomorrow morning to name any Member who will be absent during this business. Last week, when I mentioned Members who were absent from the House, I saw a lot of good and positive change. Hon. Members are now in the House when it is time to ask their questions. Equally, the Chairpersons of Committees are also present when there are questions and statements that relate to their Committees. It is good to note that the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock, Hon. Mutunga has been in this House throughout this debate."
