    "content": " We deliberated the proposal by the Hon. Chair of the Committee in the 12th Parliament. It is more than being specific with fields. Management in coffee and running an institution has to have a bias in agriculture to make sure that the sector grows well. This amendment is quite in order. It will not be good in the running of the coffee sector if we do not make it specific."
