Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (2), deleting the words “county executive committee member” and substituting therefor the words “county government.” (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)— “(4)A county government shall maintain the necessary statistical information with respect to the coffee sector and avail such information to the Board where necessary for proper planning.” The reason for the amendment is that we need to provide for consultations at the national level with county governments.
