Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 53 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— “(1) A grower or a broker appointed by a grower shall, in consultation with an exchange, prepare a sales catalogue for coffee destined for sale at exchange in a licensed warehouse in accordance with the Act”. The coffee that is catalogued is on offer for sale. Any coffee that is not on offer for sale does not need to be catalogued."
