One of the biggest problems we are experiencing right now in this sector is when unqualified people get to the office, and they are supposed to deliberate very sensitive matters. They represent very many farmers, and they must articulate issues at a high level and explain details. As a result, we need to have some minimum qualifications. I ask the Chairman to consider this favourably."
