    "content": "Regarding the Ruaraka Fire Station plot, the plot size was 0.8 hectares and it was originally meant for a fire station but later alienated to a private property developer. This developer or property owner defaulted in rates and that prompted the CCN to file a case in court. A Vesting Order was issued by the court and the plot was sold by public auction by the Council to Rafiki Enterprises through Vesting Order dated 29th September, 1994."
