Looking at the original text, which provides for imprisonment of three months, I thought the Chairman was doing better by providing six months, which is more of a deterrent as opposed to three months. A three-month sentence is not much of a deterrent, but if you provide for six months, it becomes more serious, as you will be locked in for six months."
