"content": " As a Member of the Committee, we were adding the six months to make sure that the penalty is there and it is felt. However, I also share the members' sentiments. If you say Ksh50,000, I think three months can go along with that. We should add the penalty, maybe to Ksh100,000 or Ksh200,000 if you say six months.
