Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 105 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “and shall undergo a skills audit to determine suitability” immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary”. The essence of this amendment is to have a skills audit to determine suitability of the staff in transition from the Authority to the Board. Thank you."
