In some institutions when people are being hired, sometimes they do not have the right people doing the right duties. Even in this House, we continuously have checks and balances because some people present fake papers. It is important to do a suitability test when transition is happening. When there is transition, let us look at suitability so that we can see who suits in the positions that we have put high qualifications. I support suitability tests."
