Allow me to respectfully disagree with this amendment because we are already dealing with the shift from National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) to Social Health Authority (SHA) which is chaotic. This process has proved to be vindictive. We cannot subject more Kenyans to this. Hon. Chairman, we ask you to re-consider your amendment."
