    "content": "There can never be a light touch in a speech as important as the one that he is making. He is alluding that since the Cabinet Secretary for Education is a Kisii, he must be speaking to Kisii’s first before the Kisii’s can bring matters to this House. What about those of us who have no Cabinet Secretaries that we can speak to? Who will address those national issues? CBC is not a Kisii issue; it is a national issue. I am very sure Sen. Onyonka is not raising the matter on behalf of the people of Kisii. He is doing it for this country."
