Members, to facilitate conclusion of this particular Motion, I will exercise the provision of Standing Order No.34(2A), to extend the sitting for another 10 minutes. I will allow Sen. M. Kajwang’ five minutes to contribute, then the Mover to reply before we defer putting of the question to a later date. Sen. M. Kajwang’, kindly, proceed. We will see how far you would have gone after five minutes. We can still extend as long as we are within the 15 minutes that we are allowed by the Standing Orders."
