I rise under Standing Order No.25, which allows us to postpone, to some future occasion, further discussion of a Question that has already been proposed by the Chair. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, the debate be now adjourned. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have been informed here, unfortunately rather late, by Mr. Jirongo that the spouse of one of the persons whose name is proposed for approval by the President is involved in very questionable deals within the Ministry of Defence. The most unfortunate thing is that the evidence that was supposed to be tabled here, because this Motion was not anticipated today, has not been brought. I am, therefore, moving that the debate be now adjourned to a future date â even if it is up to tomorrow â so that that information can be brought here in order for the House"
