Deputy Speaker, that this is not only a health matter but also a criminal issue. I am sure that Hon. (Dr) Pukose is equal to the challenge. This is happening not only in Kenya but also in the whole of Africa. Initially, it was about poverty, but now it is about people lengthening their lives by acquiring the organs of younger people, believing that those organs can help them live longer. It is a complicated matter. The Committee not only needs to be assisted by experts in the Ministry of Health, but they should also go to the Ministry of Interior and National Administration because that matter is not just about health. It concerns poverty, people's health,"
