    "content": " Hon. Nyikal may have got it all wrong again. We are not amending the term “not exceeding one million”. That has not been amended. We were amending the punitive timeline. The Act previously stated that a person would be imprisoned for a term of “not less than ten years”. We were amending that phrase so that it states that one would be imprisoned for a term “not exceeding ten years”."
