Member who spoke before me pointed out, we still have a lot of hiccups on the new university education funding model that need to be resolved. As we seek to pass this Bill into law, we should realise that we will be introducing additional problems if we do not sort out the existing issues. This is just to urge the Ministry of Education to look at some of these hiccups and resolve them quickly."
