    "content": "I wish we had tested the new university education funding model on one institution before rolling it out. We should have students in one institution access this funding model digitally, identified and fixed the gaps before rolling it out to other institutions. That way, we would be able to cater for all students. As it is now, most students who have begun their first semester are not able to even access exam cards yet the exams are around the corner."
