Maybe, a point of information to my good friend because he mentioned a tribunal, that in his proposal and the amendment he is working on, he is also looking at establishing a tribunal. I just want to inform him, and maybe if he can elaborate, Article 159 of our Constitution of Kenya 2010 places all tribunals under the Judiciary. I just want to understand from his amendment how is that going to work? Is it not going to be unconstitutional or conflicting?"
