    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the most unfortunate thing is that - and I said this here - those in high offices in the Government and outside, are still the same “big boys”. I also sympathise with the investigators of corruption because the same person who pays their bills is the one we are sending them to prosecute. It is not doable! It is also important to note that if I give the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) the legs to run so that it can get hold of me, I will be in danger and the best I can do is to hold its legs. We need to reform and give autonomy to the KACC, to be able to prosecute and give Kenyans value for their taxes."
