    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, may I once again say that I rise to oppose the Motion for the simple reason that although the Committee may have tried to do good work, it was ill-equipped to embark on a task of this nature. We are talking about the national anti-corruption body. We must be very sure that individuals nominated to work in this body are totally above reproach. If they have been serving in the body and we are renewing their contract, we must be certain that their work was exemplary."
