There is no extra coin which would be deducted from the taxpayers' money to cater for the Bill we are discussing today. It is just about streamlining the pension scheme so that it can match with the Kenyan Constitution, 2010. What exists now was there before the introduction of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010."
