"content": "Hon. Members, I am pleased to introduce a delegation from the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Discipline in the Parliament of Uganda, seated in the Speaker's Row. They are: 1. Hon. (Rev.) (Fr) Charles Onen, MP (Leader of the Delegation). 2. Hon. Mutembuli Yusuf, MP. 3. Hon. Ssebikali Joel, MP. 4. Hon. Prof. Elijah Mushemeza, MP. 5. Hon. Makhoha Margaret, MP. That one must be from my neighbourhood. The delegation, accompanied by one member of staff, is on a benchmarking visit to share best practices and experiences with the Procedure and House Rules Committee of this House, ahead of reviewing the Rules of Procedure of their Parliament. On my behalf and that of the National Assembly, I welcome the delegation to the National Assembly of Kenya and wish them fruitful engagements during their time in our country. Thank you."
