"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Report has been on the Floor of the House for a long time and it would be good that we all go through it, debate and discuss it. This Report is the summary of the proceedings and resolutions of the 119th Assembly of the IPU which was held in Geneva International Conference Centre, Switzerland, on Monday, 13th to Wednesday, 15th October, 2008. In accordance with Article 11 of the Statutes and Laws of IPU the Speaker, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Kenya National Assembly group nominated the following Members to represent our Parliament during the 119th IPU:"
