    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I do not have a problem with the Start-Up Bill. I actually fully support it. However, I just wanted to request the House that, because this is a Private Member's Bill, when we have a chance to create space, we should consider ongoing Bills. For instance, my Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill was already in the Committee of the whole House. Ideally, it is the one that should have been slotted for this time because it is equally just as important as the Start-Up Bill."
