    "content": "to young start-ups. This Bill creates room and leverage for young entrepreneurs to start their businesses. They can even get relief from county government levies. There are also some miscellaneous provisions that are provided in this Bill like data protection and patenting. Many young people do not know the process of getting their products patented and protected. Therefore, with Government support, their products or services will be patented and their data will be protected. We are aware that the President decided to have an incubation centre for start-ups in his Office. He made that Statement yesterday. This is a good incentive and it shows that the President is leading from the front. He is keen on ensuring that young people get a space in this country to run their businesses. That way, they will prosper and become big multinationals that will compete with the rest of the world. I support this Bill. We are ready to work with the co-sponsors. Thank you, Hon.
