    "content": "I would like the Committee to look at these issues wholesomely. It has been with us year-in, year-out. Kenyans continue to disappear, to be exploited or killed. Some of them even live in very pathetic conditions. When they go there, they are robbed of their telephone and documents. This is a very serious situation. We must deal with it once and for all. The Committee should investigate it thoroughly. This is the only issue I had to raise. I thank you."
