    "content": "weekend supporting our Chairperson with the same Hon. Member, Eddie, I think the issues of Vihiga are still fresh in our mind, but we are very proud and happy Sen. Osotsi, for his great leadership. We were able to not only see it in this House, but also had an opportunity to see how he painted the County of Vihiga orange on Sunday, which really affirms his leadership skills are not only in this House, but also on the ‘ground’. I now call Sen. Eddy Gicheru to second this Report. Thank you."
