I do not know if he is a Member of Murima Defence Force or something. I support this Motion. Members, let us give Nyaoma Arita a chance. This is one of the nominees that we have never had a problem with because he has grown up in rank and file in public service. Members, going into the future, let us allow people to rise up through rank and file of the public service so that we can give confidence to the public. It was good seeing you in Kitale. I am told you did not leave that place as expected and you were treated like a king. I hope you left your markings around Kitale and Trans Nzoia. Let us always support our colleagues when we can. With those many remarks, I support this Motion."
