"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The truth of the matter is that there are many interested parties that are facilitating the continued closure and denying the people access. I will be glad if the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs and the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining visits the site. The fact of the matter is that we were denied a chance. We are pleading for the de- gazettement of the insecurity status. The issue of toilets and pit latrines is a business the people have adopted. Some people dug pit latrines to hire to those who want to use them. Therefore, that is not an excuse. The county government was asked to assist, but they did not. So, let us not deny our people the opportunity to benefit."
