    "content": "Therefore, as we talk about the NG-CDF Committee, the Departmental Committee on Energy, the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure and the Budget and Appropriations Committee must be looked into so that there is fairness. It cannot be that we sit in the same House and yet, some Members are getting Ksh20 million whereas others are getting Ksh800 million for the same projects. What the hell are we doing? I am sorry to use bad language. I withdraw the word “hell”. It is not correct and I want to put it on record. Thank you."
