    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the Committee, having considered the Agreement, recommends that the House approves the ratification of the Agreement on the establishment of GGGI. Finally, the Committee is thankful to the Office of the Clerk and the National Assembly for the logistical and technical support accorded to it during its sittings, the ministries for their participation and the submissions during the consideration of the Convention. I, therefore, beg to move and request the Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah, to second this Motion."
