    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I thank the Members who have contributed on this Bill. As they have all said, this is a very critical Bill at this time, especially in relation to not just aligning the provisions of the Public Audit Act to the court ruling and to the Constitution, but also in ensuring that we have a Public Audit Act that ensures that public resources are utilised in an effective and efficient manner and in a way that will ensure there is economic value to the people of Kenya. We will be lining up this Bill for the Committee of the whole House. On some of the few reservations that I have heard from the speakers, I encourage even those who are not here to look at the Bill and see what else we can do to enrich it further. This is to ensure that the amendments that we bring in the Committee of the whole House only further enrich the Public Audit Bill and the Public Audit Act."
