"content": " Hon. Mayaka has said the correct word is “prescribe.\" This is correct English if you are reading the Order Paper. But, if you read the Bill, that word will make the sentence incorrect. The Bill reads, \"beyond any limits as may be prescribed.\" What the amendment is dealing with is not anchored on the word \"prescribed.” It merely adds the words \"in regulations under by the Cabinet Secretary,\" appearing after the word \"prescribe.\" The word in the Order Paper should have been \"prescribed\" as per the Bill. Thank you."
