    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support the first part of the amendment, but I am concerned about the second one. My concern is that if we increase the number of the tribunal members to six, I foresee a situation where if there is a need for a vote, this will be an even number. I would not advise us to have an even number there. Ideally, we should have an odd number so that we get a clear direction in case of a vote."
